By using the Lamassu Residential Complex App (“the App”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Owner Account: Each unit owner within the complex is provided with a personal account to access unit details, such as unit code, payment invoices, and reminders. It is the owner's responsibility to keep account information accurate and secure.
Customer Profile: Users can update their profile details, including the profile picture, and view payment information for their residential unit. The App reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.
Monthly Bills: The App enables users to view monthly service bills for complex services such as security, cleaning, water, gas, and internet. Facial recognition is activated to prevent accidental maintenance requests.
Payments: All payments must be completed via the App’s approved payment platforms. Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and transactions are completed successfully.
Users can submit maintenance requests directly through the App. To avoid erroneous requests, facial recognition is required before submitting the maintenance request. Users are responsible for any accidental maintenance requests made.
The App allows users to generate and share a QR code for guest access to the complex. Each QR code is valid for a single use only, and users are responsible for ensuring the code is used correctly.
A dedicated account is provided for the complex’s security personnel to scan guest QR codes. Security personnel are required to use this account strictly for work-related security purposes.
The App sends notifications regarding complex news, updates, and available sales offers. Users are responsible for keeping track of these notifications and any relevant actions required.
Prospective buyers can reserve residential units by submitting personal information (name, phone number, and ID) through the App. Sales transactions will be completed in accordance with legally approved procedures.
The App respects user privacy and follows its privacy policy to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data. Information is collected solely to improve services and meet user needs.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, either express or implied. The App developers and complex management are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App or reliance on its content.
The App reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App, and continuing to use the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where the complex is located. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that country.
